Self-cleaning litter box

Will my cat actually use it?

Cats are curious. Put it where the old litter box was, add some of the used litter and keep automatic cleaning off for the first few days (manual mode). Once your cat goes in calmly, switch on automatic mode.

What if my cat steps in during cleaning?

The sensors detect it and the cycle stops immediately. It resumes once your cat has left.

What litter should I use?

Clumping tofu, bentonite, mineral or mixed litter, with grains up to 3 mm. Non-clumping, silica or pellet litters are not suitable.

Is it right for my cat?

Yes, from 1 kg (2.2 lb): below that weight the sensor doesn't detect the cat. For smaller kittens, use manual mode.

Can I go away for a weekend?

Yes. It cleans itself after every visit and, with one cat, a bag lasts up to 15 days. Just leave enough food and water for your cat.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing: shipping is free and tracked on all orders within the United States.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship within 1 business day and usually arrive within 3-4 business days. You receive your tracking number by email as soon as the parcel ships.

Returns and warranty

Can I return the product?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to try it: the return is free, even if the product has already been used. All the details are on the Returns & refunds page.

What if it breaks?

You get a 2-year warranty. Write to us: we reply within 24 business hours and find a solution together. See the Warranty page.
