Setup: plug the litter box in, pour litter up to the marked line and connect the app. No tools needed.
Maintenance: when the app alerts you, close and remove the full bag and put in a new one. Add litter when the level drops.
Deep clean every 1-3 months: the drum and inner parts can be washed with water; wipe the electrical base with a damp cloth only.

Is it right for my cat?
Yes, from 1 kg (2.2 lb): below that weight the sensor doesn't detect the cat. For smaller kittens, use manual mode.
What litter should I use?
Clumping tofu, bentonite, mineral or mixed litter, with grains up to 3 mm. 1 filter is included. Non-clumping, silica or pellet litters are not suitable.
Is it noisy?
A cleaning cycle lasts a few minutes. You can schedule it for the times you prefer and turn on night mode.
What if my cat steps in during cleaning?
The sensors detect it and the cycle stops immediately. It resumes once your cat has left.
What if my cat won't use it?
You have 30 days from delivery to try it with your cat. If your cat doesn't take to it, we refund you, even if it's already been used: the return is free. You also get the “First 7 Days” guide and dedicated support to help your cat adjust.
