Free tracked shipping

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States.

Timing

• Processing: your order ships within 1 business day of payment.
• Delivery: usually 3-4 business days from your order.

The estimated delivery date is shown on the product page, above the buy button. During peak periods (holidays, sales) delivery may take a few extra days.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Damaged or late parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo before opening it and write to us within 7 days of delivery: we'll send you a replacement or refund you. If delivery runs well past the estimated date, contact us: we'll check with the carrier and find a solution.

Please double-check your address when ordering. If you notice a mistake, write to us right away: we can correct it until the parcel has shipped.
