Returns & refunds

30-day trial
You have 30 days from delivery to try our products. If your cat doesn't like the litter box, or you simply change your mind, you can return it even if it has already been used: the return is free and we refund the full amount you paid. The same applies to fountains, feeders and mats.
How to return an item
- Write to us from the Contact page within 30 days of delivery, including your order number.
- We send you instructions and a prepaid return label, at no cost to you.
- Clean the product and put it back in its box with the included accessories.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Non-returnable items
Opened replacement bags cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sealed rolls can be returned within 30 days.
Defective product
All products are covered by our 2-year warranty. If a product is defective, write to us with your order number and a photo or video of the issue: we'll find a solution together (repair, replacement or refund).
