2-year warranty
All our products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What it covers
Any defect in the product: a breakdown, a component that doesn't work as described, a manufacturing defect.
How to make a claim
- Write to us from the Contact page with your order number.
- Attach a photo or short video of the issue.
- We reply within 24 business hours and find a solution together: repair, replacement or refund.
What it doesn't cover
Damage caused by use that doesn't follow the instructions, impacts or drops, and normal wear of consumables (bags, filters).
This warranty is in addition to our 30-day trial with free returns and does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
